Pawer Water Calming comes in two sizes: a 5-stick pouch at £9.99 and a 12-stick pouch at £22.50. Same product, same sticks — so how do you choose?

It comes down to how long your fireworks season lasts and how many evenings you want the routine in place. Here is a simple way to think about it.
The 5-stick pouch: try it for the main nights
Five sticks covers the headline evenings — Bonfire Night itself and the weekend around it. If this is your first time adding anything to the evening routine, the smaller pouch is a sensible way to start. At £9.99 it is an easy, low-commitment way to see how it fits into your dog's settling-in routine.
The 12-stick pouch: cover the whole season
Fireworks rarely stick to one night — displays now run from late October well into November. Twelve sticks at £22.50 works out at £1.88 per stick, versus £2.00 per stick for the 5-pack, so the larger pouch is slightly better value per stick as well as lasting the full season. If you plan to keep the evening routine going for several weeks, the 12-pack means you will not run out mid-season.
Whichever you choose, keep the routine
The sticks are one part of the picture — the evening routine matters most. Early walk, closed curtains, a chosen den spot and calm company, as we describe in our Bonfire Night settling guide. And remember: for very distressed dogs, your vet is the best person to advise.
Both sizes are in our Fireworks Calming for Dogs collection: the 5-stick pouch (£9.99) and the 12-stick pouch (£22.50).
